sore on foot

One of my eight week old girls has a small sore or wound on one of her feet. I want to make sure this is not mites. Could it just be chapped? She is the smallest of my five so maybe someone is picking on her?

If it is mites what should I do? If it is just chapped or pecked should I put some Neosporin on it? I am worried that it would just encourage dirt to stick to it.

Doesn't look like mites, probably just a peck mark or something. Clean it with water, neosporin will do the trick!
