X2Can you please post a picture? There are lots of things it could be. A picture will get you better answers.
Could be. My flock is just getting over that. I dabbed iodine on the spots, and they went away on their own eventually. Took weeks, though.I looked in my medical book for chickens and I believe its dry pox

Be sure to look in the beak to make sure it's not wet pox. That's a much more potentially serious problem.
If it's dry pox, it just needs to run its course as long as it doesn't get a whole lot worse. It's also highly contagious. I just let my whole flock of 8 deal with it.
