Sore Swollen Neck

I've got a 4 week old Rhode Island Red who wont extend her neck, and is having a hard time using her wings. She spends the majority of the day laying in the shade under the coop. She will eat whatever bugs and goodies that come her way. If we rub the left side of her neck she clucks loudly and runs away.

poor thing. I don't have much experience with chicks, but look up wry neck in the search. I have also read here to give chicks electrolyte solution in their water to prevent neurological problems. She could have Marke's disease , a viral infection which can cause lameness, she can survive it, but will remain a carrier. Or maybe she has an injury in her neck
