Sores on Beaks

Hi, I’m new to the group and not familiar yet with everything so please bare with me if I’m not following protocol. I need help. My hen has something wrong with her beaks and comb. Might already be on the mend but just noticed it this evening and want to help her recover. Please reference attached photo. I’m posting this before bed and I’ll review it tomorrow and respond if you need more information. Poor girl. I cleaned the wound and plan to administer any additional needs tomorrow.

Looks like she's scraped her beak an injured it. Maybe on a feeder or some wire.
I would just wipe off the blood and watch that the others aren't picking at her.

Is she pecking through wire trying to reach grass or weeds? Being hand fed through wire?
How much space is in your coop? Any drama between her and the other hens? (Do you have a rooster?)

The comb has some minor scabs from pecking, looks like to me. I wouldn't do anything for those, they will heal up and drop off on their own.
