Sores on feet

A couple of days ago I noticed one of my chicks some what listless with a brown spot on its foot. Today I caught it and discovered that it has scabbed over sores on its feet. A couple of them the size of a dimeAny idea what this might be.

Yes that sounds like bumblefoot. You need to start treatment right away. Here's some info:

bumblefoot, i'd bet. use nice soft hay instead of pointy shavings, and you'll avoid the problem!
