Sores on my turkeys' heads and necks

My turkeys have these sores on their heads and necks. The picture is of the worst one. I am pretty sure this is a sudden onset since I am with my turkeys a lot and I keep an eye on their health. This particular sore is hard and doesn't appear to hurt or cause the turkey any discomfort. Any suggestions?

It could be fowl pox but it could also be from turkey pecks due to dominance fights. Either way there really isn't much you can do about as it will heal over time without any assistance.
