That is definitely a cockerel. And the breeder should know that. I'd be wary with any future purchases.

I'm guessing both pullets but you might have to wait a little to see for sure like other folks said. Does the Maran bite you at all? I had an accidental boy Maran and he started biting me when he was a baby.
