I'm going to try and make this my last thing for a while since this is my fifth thread since yesterday.
My chicks came yesterday, they hatched on Monday, their poo just looks off to me. I think the poo itself is normal but when they go there's always this pile of little bubbles on top like sea foam. The foam dissipates very quickly leaving normal looking poo (i think) but is this normal? Or a sign of sickness? All of the chicks are acting healthy and normal as far as i can tell. The pictures don't pick up the foam it's already disappeared. I may just be being worrying to much but i figured it couldn't hurt asking anyway.

Poop looks normal to me:)
As long as they are active, eating, drinking then enjoy your chicks.
It's never a bad idea to scatter a little chick grit in the brooder so your chicks can start with healthy gizzard function.

Okay I'll keep that in mind.
My black sumatra chick Ozzy is acting funny, she didn't come out to say high this morning when i turned the light on, so i went to pick the heating pad up and she was squished against the side of the tank. I grabbed her and watched her when i got her out. At first she just laid on her stomach on the ground with her wings out, now she managed to walk to the feeder but when she stands she sways side to side and still falls. She's visibly shaking and she's walking around a but more now and drinking a bit but She's not lifting her head as high to swallow.
She's not lethargic she responds to me and the chicks but she doesn't want to walk.
I don't know if i should separate her or try to find an injury (if there is one), i don't think i should touch her much.

Can you post some photos of her and your brooder set-up?
If she was squished in the heating pad, she may have overheated,is dehydrated or she may have a leg injury since it sounds like she was trapped. Do what you can to get her drinking first.

she's walking around a bit now, shaking a bit. She walked to the waterer and drank quite a bit, now she's just standing there peeping normally. They aren't distress peeps so I'm hoping she's not hurt too bad. I'm thinking of removing the heating pad and just using the lamp, i thought it would be better so then my chicks could sleep at night but i don't want this to happen again.

Ozzy seems better, she's still not herself because herself is a crazy escape artist but she's walking around and eating and drinking now, I'll figure out the heating pad issue (or I'll just check them every two hours at night, I'm in there most of the time during the day).

Move the heating pad to the center and leave some space at the back so they can't get trapped.
imho, a heat lamp for a glass tank would be too hot.

thank you!
The tank is a reptile tank, designed for ventilation and air flow. And one of the thermometers is a reliable one i used for my lizard when she was young, the bulb is just for light as well it provides little heat.
thank you, I'll go move it now. Ozzy's acting okay now, she still seems shaken up but i don't think she's injured. I need to be more careful thank you for the help.

Glad she is doing better! I would watch to make sure she is drinking and eating. Even with a MHP they can get into trouble, you have to see that there are no gaps between your framing and the heating pad/covering - the stinkers will crawl in there some times too.
