Sos help -turning problems

my farm innovators still air 2100 incubator is so confusing, I have no idea how to keep the humidity steady and now my egg turner is broken, I have only used it twice, it is stuck on the left position, I am two days into incubating and idk what to do, I started turning them myself this morning, idk how many times to turn them a day today I turned them 5 times, too much, too little, if any one could help that would be great

five times a day is fine. Check the turner and be sure one of the rails hasn't dislodged and jammed.
