I have this silkie and 2 of his/hers brothers/sisters. This little run wasn’t standing too good so I started checking out Smokey and found it looked like it was missing a toe. Further inspection the tow is curled under the foot and smooshed against the foot. I made it a little shoe because I googled and it said to try that but now Smokey is making a chittering noise. It’s legs are also very wide spread as well What should I do. I’m sorry worried about my little feather baby.
PS I know in the pictures it’s butt needed cleaning but that has been done
Vitamins that have riboflavin can be helpful. I would also bring the legs together in case od splay leg with a 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 inches apart with a hobble. Those can be made with a bandaid or vet wrap, and a hair band. Here is a link to read: https://www.fresheggsdaily.blog/2012/04/spraddle-leg.html
