Sounds my pullets are making

They are making goose like sounds and clucks. Is that a "sign" of some sort?

They free range but return to coop nightly, have good size to them, they are all around 16 weeks.

I read somewhere that the typical chicken can make over 30 distinct vocalizations. I have never tried to count all the different sounds my chickens make, but there's certainly quite a few, and they can mean everything from "I found something yummy," to "you better back off quick", and can sound like anything from musical chirping to a dinosaur-ish screech.
 
all of my pullets did that too and thats natural! Thier voices are just geting used to clucking not cheeping so there is nothing wrong
