and my little Pom, Nannie, when I hug her she makes the cutest sounds.. I call them nuffles... and her nickname is Nuffy
 
I like the sound of my rooster singing about the food he found. It's a very happy noise.

So many sounds... a piano, or a sax. A hound running in the night. The sounds of cattle shifting
in the barn.

So many wonderful sounds.

But the sound I enjoy the most....the one I never want to give up?

The gentle snoring as my wife sleeps. She didn't always snore. A heart attack
changed that. Been ten years come August, and I find that I listen for that noise
every night...if she stops snoring, I come awake instantly.

We've been together almost thirty years.

If I could have one wish, I would wish for thirty more years with her. And after
those years pass by, I'll beg God for thirty more.

~ The mama hen clucking to her chicks.
~ That high pitched noise the rooster makes when he finds something nice for his girls to eat.
~ The special quack the call ducks make when I change their pond water and they're playing in it like crazy.
~ The frogs croaking.
~ A few people mentioned the red-winged blackbirds. I love their song, too!
~ Thunderstorms. (Although I don't like these as much when the incubator is set up, because it makes me scared of power outages!)
~ My dog's funny howling when she wants attention.
