Sour crop after tylan?

i have a hen that seems to have a sour crop. Her crop is squishy like foam. I picked her up yesterday and a ton of fluid came out of her mouth. I withheld food and water for 12 hours then loaded her up with probiotics. She doesn't smell bad but I am assuming this is the beginning. Can you tell me how to treat? Thank you

Check her crop in the early morning to see if it has gone down. It could just have been a poofy or slow crop. I am not experienced with sour crop, so here are a couple of good links to read about crop problems:
