Sour crop (again!) any advice for recurring ailment?

My poor sweet girl died about half an hour ago, in front of me. I pet her til the end. I am feeling very sad. She was so young and so beautiful. The friendliest chatty gal. Her feathers were stunning. I’m sorry i couldn’t do more. RIP Squeak.

I’m so very and truly sorry.

I lost a lovely Silver Laced Wyandotte in July very suddenly. I know how it feels to loose such a precious life. I’m very glad, however, that you got to comfort her in her final hour. Your such a good chicken parent. I’ll be praying for you!
