Sour Crop or Air Bubble?

I'm babysitting my son's chicks while he's away this week. I'm not too sure of their age, 1 or 2 weeks old I think. I've had them since Monday and this little one started moving it's neck in a weird way last night and has now developed a bump where it's crop is. I've separated it and removed food. I've fed it some frozen coconut oil pieces and water with ACV. I'm having a hard time discerning if it's sour crop or an air bubble. My gut says sour crop but the bump looks weird. The bump is squishy but I can feel tension when I massage it. The chick hasn't pooped very much since I separated it. I also tried to check for sour breath but it's beak is so little I can't tell. I appreciate any advice!

The crop is soft. It almost feels similar to when you push a blister on the skin. I don't know if that's a helpful comparison

yes that is very helpful! Can you feel anything in it like water,feed ect? Has she gone poo? What does it look like?

It feels more like liquid. I definitely didn't feel any solids. She's pooped only twice in the past 2 hours. Seems like she should be pooping more.

It looks normal . How is she acting?
I would wait and see if it empties more and if not she might have something else going on. Does her mouth smell sour or bitter ? If so then it's sourcrop.

She's acting pretty normal. Scratching around looking for food. Napping here and there. I'll have to see if my daughter can tell if her mouth smells sour, and I'll let her crop empty a bit more. Thank you for all of your help! I really appreciate it
