Sour crop???

One of my baby chicks I imagined has sour crop. Chest is swollen but not firm, hasn't been doing anything but sleeping. Anyways, brought her in last night and started giving her apple cider vinegar and water from a syringe for a few hours and she perked back up, was peeping and flying everywhere so we put her back in the coop. Walked out there this morning and she's not moving and hardly breathing... Anybody have experience with this? Any suggestions?

Update: I figured she wasn't going to make it so I brought him inside and tried to make his last couple of hours comfortable and warm. Took a nap..... Woke up.... Her eyes are open and she's up walking around... Has anybody experienced this?
