Sour Crop??

My 2 year old Red Star has had sour crop for 6 days. What is the best and safest way to treat sour crop. I heard that yogurt was bad to feed and also not to feed anything. Should I empty her crop? Is this safe? She is now making jerky movements with her neck and her crop is very full. She started doing these movements after I gave her some epsom salt water to try and flush her.
Any advise will be appreciated. Thanks

Is she pooping?

You can withhold feed for up to 24hrs, but she needs to have water available at all times.
Read the following articles, they have some good information. I would not try to vomit her, try to get the crop to clear first.

I've treated Sour Crop with vegetable oil and water. I gave it to my hen little bits at a time and massaged her crop down toward her stomach. This cleared her throat well. If somebody else has a better remedy, please feel free to speak up.

I have nothing to add except if does improve with prior suggestions all valid, seek medical advice through the vet as this is a little long in the tooth to tolerate.
