Sour crop?

New to the community and seeking advice. One of my hens appears to have sour crop. Crop enlarged and "squishy" feeling. I have isolated her for 5 days, no food only water with acv for first 24 hours (roughly 30 due to being at work). Crop did not shrink. I did induce vomiting to force it out. Smelly brown liquid with small bits of grain. After a few hours fed applesauce and more water with pro biotic. This has been 5 days of trying no food, and small amounts of yogurt, sauce and scrambled eggs. But she's not getting better. Any advice or suggestions??

I would not make her vomit anymore since she can choke to death. How old is the hen, and does she lay eggs? What do you feed and do they have access to poultry granite grit separate from feed? Has she been wormed recently? What are her droppings looking like, and pictures may be helpful?
Many use antifungal cream or suppositories given orally, to treat sour crop. Chilled coconut oil can be offered for her to peck. Some advanced sour crop may be treated with acidified copper sulfate in the water 1/4 tsp per gallon. Get that here:

I would not massage the crop while full and puffy, since that can cause her to vomit and aspirate. This article by @azygous is one that many use:

Shes over a year old. I don't think she's laid any eggs as I've never noticed her laying. Her crown has never grown since a chick also which makes me believe she has a health issue. As for feed, in summer months they free range around my garden area eating grass and what have you. I give a scoop of layer crumble and scratch mixed with mealworm daily. I typically don't do grit while they range as my yard is rocky. I've never had them wormed. As for droppings she's not having movements since isolation, as I completely cleaned the coop prior to moving her. I have multiple hens currently and have for roughly 8 years and never came across this.
