Source for chicken ailments/diseases?

Hi - Is there a resource that is an easy reference to chicken diseases, what you can vaccinate for, symptoms, how they pick up specific diseases, etc? I have the Storey's book, and another, and BYC, but there just doesn't seem to be enough (or maybe I'm already overwhelmed with new info.) I keep running across disease names that I've never heard of that sound rather common. I'd love to find a chart. Oh! I'd also like to find a cheatsheet for BYC disease acronyms! Not easy to google an acronym.

Atlas of Avian Diseases is terrific. Lots of photos, hard info, post mortem shots and a normal reference post mortem are all online. You can look up diseases by name, by lesion or by site affected.
