I have a couple of questions-

Has TSC approved us taking over their parking lot on their busiest day of the week? Does it count as private property?
Has everyone gone ahead and set up a quarantine area for any bought birds?
Does anyone plan to buy some feed, etc., while there, to make up for the parking lot usage, loss of TSC chick sales and restroom usage?

LOL, can you tell I used to manage a retail store that had frequent parking lot meetups? I'm just trying to look at both sides of the coin.

I have 6 bantam Cochin roosters I will be happy to bring, there are 3 black mottles, 2 blue mottles and one Columbian. I'd keep the Columbian, but I have no hens for him!

The mottles are 5 months, the Columbian is 7 months. Pics are in the SC thread, way on back. Hell, I can't even find them!

Is anyone interested in Mallard ducks? I have 3 Mallard females and 1 Mal-mix, all laying since January, so about a year old. Wings are NOT clipped or pinioned.

I am really hoping I can make it! So far, I have met BYCer from CA, MT, KY and DE! Time to go local.

I am so glad I saw this in time! I hope to be there. I NEED some speckled sussex! I tried to get some from McMurrays and they were sold out (for the week that my other birds are being shipped).

I have about 20 Speckled Sussex chicks I could sell but I won't be driving all the way down there to sell anything.
I had a family, actually 2, drive up from Columbia last weekend to buy a bunch of different breeds of chicks from me. I like it when people come to me.

If any of you all do not find what you need down at this swap, there are a good many of us up here that have different things available. I keep sending people to other people if I do not have what they need. It sure has been a lot of fun to have friends meet other friends!

I hate that I can't drive all that way to see what all you have available but I have most of this Sat. booked with buyers here already.
