I'll make you feel better!

My girls and boy are in a coop that is insulated on the north side, a shed on one side and the horse barn on the other side, the front is just wood panels - and their run out that way.
No heat at all - and we have about 4 inches of snow on the ground right now.... our low tonight is 22 which is a lot higher than it has been. We were down to single digits withing this last week. (I have added two bales of hay to make their sleeping area a little more cozy - to the side of their roost)
My flock is just find and dandy! I think the lowest the coop has gotten is 7 degrees! They came out in the morning when I opened their door - ALL fired up and ready to go.
 
Neither of my two coops are insulated.
My waters didn't freeze, they are inside the coops, it got down to 24 here last night.

The chickens don't seem to notice the cold so far.
