Southern Indiana Holla Back

Hi Everyone,

I'm about 20 miles from Terre Haute (southern IN) and am a new "chick-mom." I certainly have learned a lot during the 2 weeks I've had my six chickens. They are in their 3rd week of life and are trying out their wings. I've got their brooder in an unstairs room that was being used for storage. Since one decided it should fly up and perch on the brooder edge, I decided the room needed to be cleaned out just in case one decided to fly around the room. There were things in there that I really didn't want pooped on or broken. I think the room is now "chicken-safe."

I know right!? I have a low cut shirt on today and I look like a 12 year old boy so I shouldnt have any problems til I can afford implants or have another baby. LOL.
