I am no specialist, but I would say you have a respiratory infection going on. With VetRX you can treat the chicken itself and the water.. but I would clean out the area and disinfect just in case. Seem to be going around..

I would treat both ways.. very easy to do, it comes out in drops, put some on the beak and then around the ears... I truly hope it works for you.

On the beak... you can look up under sickness/disease and see what they suggest..
