Yes my DH is from the south, and he did say "what is that green frilly stuff on my chicken". It is parsley, you grow that in the south don't you?!

... of course we grow and use parsley, we just don't to lay
on the food for decoration. If you come to the south and visit a
few upscale resturants they will serve decorated food

, the true
southerners will remove the decorations

I have no idea if
folks ever really eat those decorations or not anywhere, but it does make it look purdy.

Thanks for sharing you recipe.

Come on Saturday we are doing garden tractor pulls in our back yard. Stay and enjoy breakfast. Tractors are the over aged, grown, men thing, but kids have their own tractor too. Good safe fun.

My family lives in Tn. and they send me at least 15 to 20 pounds at a time. When my Aunt and Uncle come up in August they bring me 50 to 100 pounds. It is all fresh ground in the old mills down there. You can't get anything better. By the way ther are from Gatlinburg and Seiverville.

Also for the other post I just picked 2 bushel baskets of tomatoes out of the garden tonight. It don't get no better than that.
