Hi,
Well they closed our thread for the Ohio for sale or trade and i felt like we
were all "getting" to no each other so i thought that i would start another
one here. I no that we are supposed to list what we have for sale in the
right catagory on here so i don't want to say to do that again because i
think that we should follow the rules but how about if we intro ourselves
and then list the breed of chickens that we have. That way if there is some
one in our area looking for something we could send a referal.I hope that this
is ok.

Plus we can find each other again.
I want to make sure we follow the rules but
i miss the thread were we all were chatting about our birds and all.

Well, I'm a Bantam freak up to this point, Cochins and d'Uccle. I have Black and Blue, Birchen, and Partridge Cochins. I have a pair of Columbians that I am going to let go of. I just got my own place on two acres in the country, so now I can have Standard size chickens, and they are going to be Marans, Golden Cuckoos to be specific.

That's my story.

Hi Nancy!! Wasn't the snow we got last night just great! NOT!! At least it seems to be melting off pretty fast.

going crazy looking for some. She also wants lavender. I told her good luck with that color!!

I'm in Cincinnati and I have chicks coming in April. Spcifically I am getting Easter Eggers, Speckled Sussex, Cochin, and Lt Brahma. I ordered them from Nature's hatchery, despite no one having vere heard of them before. It was the only hatchery I could find fairly nearby (Illinois) that has all the breeds I am looking for.

I am also a member of the SW Ohio Poultry MeetUp Group. Nice to meet everyone.
