I got 9 ducklings from TSC this spring. 2 casualties, so 7 remain. They are now 9 weeks old and the runners are going through their molt. I didn't really want the runners but as we all know, TSC employees have no clue what the poultry breeds are. They were calling the runners pekins! They were yellow fluffies but they had masks so I knew that had to be wrong. They called the cayuga I got khaki campbells and the welsh harlequins were pekins too. Luckily I knew they were possibly Welshies! Snagged all of them I could. Both casualties were my Welshies.
Anyway, I ended up with 1 female Welsh and 2 female Cayuga. I already have 1 female and 2 drakes that are Mallards and their 10 eggs in the incubator (long story).

My "redneck pool" pond until I get their pond dug. Waiting on my FIL to bring the backhoe over
