Soy meal.

I bought some soy meal to supplement my pigs' feed and my chickens and turkeys love it. Is there any advantages to feeding soy meal to poultry? How does it effect meat flavor?
They are free range and I assume they are getting plenty protien.

Soy meal is one of the bases of many chicken feeds. There are a few threads here on why not to feed soy so do a search.
