Spaghetti squash

My Chickens and Ducks love this nutritional treat..I cook spaghetti squash in the microwave after puncturing holes in it for 12 minutes at regular setting. Cut into quarters and cool..Viola they go crazy for this. I give it every couple of weeks.

Growing a lot of squash and such this year just for the chickens lol..almost can’t wait till end of year to watch them tear through the garden after growing season lol.. but not really I dislike winter very much and that will be the onset of all that cold we’re almost through with now...can’t wait for warmer weather !!

Our chickens have been total squash fiends! Summer squash, zucchini, butternut, pumpkin "guts"...they make short work of it. Pretty impressive that they can take it right down to the rind, too.

Yes...Mine are total pigs for anything in the gourd family..

I moved Momma and Chicks to the Coop yesterday so this will be a great treat...
