Spalding question .

I will be picking up a new baby's today out of the pen of birds below, as luck would happen one of the baby's hatched out totally white, so does anyone know if it will have the Spalding look, like long legs,yellow face and other green characteristics.
Also are Spalding's overly flighty?

The white one should look spaulding (more green than blue). my spauldings have the same demeaner as the blues.

If the green percentage is high enough it will have a pretty yellow face. Leg length and body size will just depend on what genes are passed.

My spaldings are no different than my IB in demeanor.

The little one is from the spalding male and a split white hen, she lost the spalding hen to the males aggression from what she told me.
The other is just a white IB i am hoping for a male in both cases this will be the last peas i buy for a very long time, i love them but don't want to overdo it, i will have a few pairs for sale in the spring if all goes well threw the winter.

U can send that white baby to me. Going to be beautiful. What a difference 2 weeks makes. Just doesn't look like they grow when you see them everyday. When you compare them like that it's unreal the size difference. I moved my 2 babies out to the trailer. It is getting cooler at night still have a light on them and put a heater that shuts down if flipped over, but it won't keep the floor warm. I sure hope it wasn't another mistake. Pokey I am sure is going to be a male. Pecky I'm not quite sure yet will try and get some pictures this week.

As long as they can get near a heat source they will be fine, i have babies hatch out here all winter long and they do just fine outside either with their moms or under a light.

The trailor will be wonderful for them, no wind that is the bigest threat to any critter in the cold winter even down here in the south where 50 degrees with wind can make it feel like 30 in a heartbeat.

If i get some more eggs from the whites next year i will send some to you i do not need them,really do not care to mess with selling them unless i get a whole bunch and based on how the parents lay a dought that will happen any time soon. but it's all good
