Had to go to work. I was off a few days so wasn't excited about it. I haven't been off work for 2 or more days in a row for a year or so.
Got to work and the place went to he// in my absent. I work with a bunch of lazy people, I swear. But ya wasn't looking like an easy day. Not what I wanted.
My son came to work halfway through. That's always fun. Doesn't always make things easier but I like him around. Nice distraction.
Most it was a what if about Christmas bonus. My pay week starts and ends on Thursdays. I've always gotten my bonus the Thursday before Christmas. Last Thursday I didn't get it.
Boss has been complaining about hours people are working and how much it's costing him blah blah blah.
I'm the only one that's time is on Thursdays. Everyone else's is on Tuesdays.
I figured either no bonuses this year or maybe he would give mine today since that's when I figured everyone else's would be.
I was stressing waiting and wondering.
I did get a bonus so that was a relief. Just an ups and downs day. Glad to be home and no work tomorrow
