It was needed. But ya he stayed home because he was into friends and sports and stuff. Stuff that was there.
I was a farm kid without a farm and loved outdoors and being in the woods.
My aunt and uncle had a large farm and lots of woods. Two cousins close to my age. They put me to work like their kids were but I didn't ever mind working.
Only thing I disliked was they were very redneck. My uncle shaved my head cause that's what he did to the boys so they could put the hair in with their rabbits to have babies in.
That's weird isn't it? And dang I had such pretty hair.

Thats sounds awesome! except for the head shaving... thats definitely weird
