I was, I'm still sad about it. but I'm much better now

I'm glad your feeling better. I don't know if this will help, but when I lost my first chicken, I was scared to cry or feel sad because "it's just a chicken" just know that is not true. they are wonderful animals and you deserve to be sad

it does though first I had a full blown panic attack then cried a river. lol Thankfully I'm better now God helped me a lot
