Nothing much, going to make homemade mozzarella sticks again pretty soon but other than that... lol. what about you?

yeah I've been wanting them but the storebought ones are so expensive and make me sick so I decided to make them lol. didnt turn out to to bad either

I get string cheese mozzarella things, I coat them in egg then breadcrumbs, then I do a second coat of each again, then you freeze them 1-3 hours, then you heat up some oil for frying, then let them cook in the oil till golden brown.
