screen time should be-

One hour and a half a day starting at age 10. Electronics used before that age would be strictly for educational purposes. Ages before that can also watch one hour of TV a day.
EDIT: Only Flip phones starting at 15, if they want an iPhone, they’ll have to pay for it.

how old to wear makeup and use heated hair tool for girls-

18, for makeup, exceptions at special events for both. Hair products are okay starting at 13.

dating age should be-

Starting at 19.

type of clothes they could wear

Nothing inappropriate, revealing, or short.

and when they could choose their own-
when they can go to unsupervised parties-

Depends on the age: teenagers 9 to 10 pm

Young kids (younger than 12) from 8 to 9 pm
9 on weekends, 8 on weekdays

screen time should be-

For less than 12, an hour of tv in the evening, 30mins on a phone, anymore is purely educational

If they really want to, less than 13yrs can use kids makeup. More than 13yrs they can use makeup however they want. 15yrs they can use hair tools.

Edit: For formal events, like dance shows, plays etc. they can wear light makeup at any age. For events like weddings, they can use heated hair tools for 13yr olds
