Yeah, you can get it by handling them or touching contaminated soil. They are everywhere tho so you can't really avoid them, just don't grab it I guess

What are they like up close? I mean, when they aren’t roadkill lol.

, cute, long nose, and little fuzzy hairs on the inside of the shell when you hold them their actually pretty calm. They're almost blind so it's pretty easy to catch them but you gotta be quiet since they can hear good.
