Well i don't think i actually hacked onto anything i just somehow got into a police database and found my dad's record but i think it was public idrk, and i illegally watched something or something i used a code again i don't really know bc halfway through it told me i was on here illegally and then i turned it off

A police record is public (for most things). Hence why it is also called a public record…

OK, so as far as I know you probably found a public database, you should be good on that count.
I don't think you should worry about the illegal watching, don't do it too many times otherwise the internet people will send you a letter.
You shouldn't get in any legal trouble.

See i is dumb. It is how i found out my dad is divorced and has two kids i didn't know about because he got no custody
