I feed all flock. It is pretty much just starter in pellet form. The high protein is also good for them. So the answer could be never.

Or it could be after they start laying. But the calcium in layer feed is bad for hens that are not laying, pullets who haven’t started laying, as well as males

I am friends with a couple people on here who are from Australia so I have eastern and western time saved to my phone so I could tell what time it was.
