It's better that the dog died instead of the kid, but that doesn't make it good. I'm sure the kid was sad his dog had to die, but he had to die.

Ya I know that argument. My brother reads a ton. He'd read something then watch the movie and complain endlessly about how they messed up everything.
I don't read books so well. Not like reading but reading books. I loss my place a lot can't remember what's going on after several more pages. Idk why
