I have a friend who lives on the edge of the woods and she was walking her German Shepard when it started barking and pulling her and she followed it and she saw a bear coming towards her, so she ran back to the house to tell her dad to go shoot it, but he didn't listen and thought she was hallucinating.

Hallucinating? Not even lying? thats is so bad

She has a lot of mental illnesses because her adopted sister got her dad arrested and her brother is abusive towards her, and she doesn't lie. So they immediately sounded like hallucinations.
