No that’s just how much petco sells them for. A good quality one can go for as low as $5 (usually from hobby breeders for costs that low) to $1000+. A very good quality one is usually in the $100-300.

I should mention that I am talking about breeding size adults. Smaller ones are obviously much cheapler
