I searched and didn't see this discussed before (sorry if it was), but have any of you tried making special dishes for your blind or partially blind peas?
Most of you with this issue seem to say that noisy eating chickens help your peas find their food and water, but just wondering if any of you have experimented with (for example) putting little bells on their dish or something?
(long story but this is actually for a non-pea bird...)

We have had some older blind chickens in the past and its amazing how well they thrive. We would always put the feed (crumbles only) in the same spot and in a pile and they had no issues. The reason I suggest crumbles is that finding grit can be harder.

Thank you for that @barkerg . This poor little guy (he's a wild bird) lost his sight before he learned to eat on his own so it's tricky to figure out how to teach him to find his food. Poor little fellow.
