Special egg

I live on Camano Island, in Washington state. I have had chickens around for most of my life. Recently one of my hen laid a different colored egg, in the past all of her eggs are fragile so I am looking for someone who knows how to get the egg out of the shell with out breaking it.
I'm serious about this and know enough about it to know I can not do it myself.
I would send a picture if I knew how, then you would understand. Help

To empty an egg, you make a small hole on either end with something sharp and small like a nut or ice pick. Take a toothpick, insert into a hole and mix the egg up so it's liquid, sometimes it will train out or you might have to gently blow one end.

I'd just sit it on the counter and let it dry out on its own. I've dried tons of eggs this way and have had only one to two smell, and even then they eventually dried out without busting.
