Hello,

I have a chick with one good leg, she burns off everything she eats right now hopping around and I want to know if there is something I could feed her to boost her calories? She eats nature's best organic at the moment.

How old is the chick? That will make a difference. Is the nature's grown the 16% grower or the 18% starter?
If it is the grower, the energy in it should be adequate. If the 18, you could add some wheat, barley, corn or milo.

Hi pipnchirp,

Your best option is to just continue feeding her the diet she is eating. Adding anything else to boost calories is likely to dilute the nutrition that she is getting.
