Hello! I am new to keeping chickens and only have ever had one rooster. He is a Speckled Sussex too! I thought it might be helpful if I shared a photo of him for comparison. Usually people have the opposite problemWell rats. I just bought 4 pullets for no reason at all. I didn’t even think about it because he was a definite cockerel chick when I bought “him”.
