Speckled Sussex- curious to know if she is show quality?

Sally is just starting to lay her first eggs. I do not have an image with her wings spread but there is a small white tip on the end, otherwise no white patches. Ready for the truth we love her either way... Being new to this world it would be a fun experience to show her if she is at all qualified. Thanks in advance for your honest feedback.

Where did you get her? And, how much does she weigh? Speckled Sussex are supposed to have a little more white on them than your bird has. The primaries of show quality Sussex wings would be black and white, and the secondaries would be brown, black, and white. Sussex are supposed to have red earlobes, while I can see some white in your birds earlobes. They also need to have wider tails, more depth of body, and greater width of body. Sussex also need to weigh about 9 pounds for cocks, 7 1/2 pounds for cockerels, 7 pounds for hens, and 6 pounds for pullets. Most hatchery and non show quality birds weigh significantly less. Pretty bird, even if she isn't show quality!
