My Speckled Sussex girls are laying enthusiastically, but my incubators are full. Some of my girls are from bargain's flock, the rest are from hatchery stock, bought in bulk and ruthlessly culled for the best quality I could. I'm getting 100% fertility and hatches at home, big fat healthy chipmunk chicks

What color are the eggs ? & how big ?

Speckled Sussex lay a medium to sometimes large sized egg, which is usually creamy to light brown in color.
