We picked up our 6 Speckled Sussex day old (hopefully pullets) three days ago from a small hatchery.
Three look one way and three look another way. See pics below.
The first five pictures are Group 1, which are smaller and have less defined markings.
The next 10 pictures are of group 2. Larger and more defined markings.
If you have experience with Speckled Sussex, breeding or have a flock of them since birth, can you share your opinion
Realizing there may be different variations of such youngsters, do you think they're all Speckled Sussex? If not, what breed(s) are we looking at?
