Speckled Sussex gender

I’ve been meaning to look closer at the white. I know people who swear by it and others who are 100% sure it’s a myth. I’m not in a rush just curious
 
I believe the one with the question mark is a pullet. The cockerel is the one on the other end, the middle photo, I think, is a pullet also. As the Speckled Sussexs go through their yearly molt they will get more speckles. The hens do have a sort of large floppy comb. Thanks I have adult speckled Sussex too. I think they are the most amazing breed that’s why I wanted more but trying to track what they look like at different ages and the one has me confused. Thanks for your help.
