Four hatched and are in the brooder. I picked up a hitchhiker on the way home from shopping. It is a little gold sex-link, fresh from Belt Hatchery. She is the bit of fluff on the lower left corner of the pic.

So she was thumbing a ride, huh? Didn't your mother ever tell you to be careful of hitchhikers, Lynn?

Don't you know better than to go anywhere near the chicks in the feedstores??!!! LOL I have to go in mine with blinders on and cover my ears or I will come out with a box full of peepers and a divorce!!!!

Hard to believe I came out with one, huh? I knew DH would approve--he loved our first GSL.

Two more are pipped. One took a looooong break, I almost gave up on it, but it is back at it. I was reading a post by Jody that said if you place them on a Thursday, they should hatch on a Thursday, so then I knew the first ones were actually early birds!!!

So I am still on IBW!
