Speckled Sussex : hen or Rio?

New chicken mom trying to figure out this speckled Sussex. He/she is 4 weeks and super quiet but spunky. The comb is bigger than the other breeds I have. Any input appreciated!

Can you keep roosters?

I can keep roosters, just didn't want a rooster. I guess Hen 'Solo' may be Han Solo...my only SS out of the 6 i got, so i'm sad

Thanks for your input....I was afraid so....was hoping it was because he was a bigger breed chicken. I was supposed to have all pullets but 90% is only 90% !

Don't be too sad. Speckled Sussex roosters are gorgeous! Han will be the envy of the neighborhood. ❤
